I have always been extremely passionate about health and fitness, but it wasn’t until varsity that I discovered I was pretty good at it.
After much trial and error, I finally found workout routines that work and I’m ready to share them with you!
I am currently studying to get my Personal Trainer qualification as well as a further knowledge around nutrition.
I am eager to use my knowledge and skills to help others on their journey to being the best version of themselves!
