Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us more than 24 hours before the lesson. This is because our tutors have busy schedules and would have put aside time for your lesson and done the work that goes on behind the scenes. Refund Policy: If you decide to cancel the lesson and reschedule , no deduction will made, and your rescheduled lesson will be free of charge. If you wish to cancel the lesson without rescheduling, there will be a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking amount. You will receive an 80% refund.
